Return Policy

We currently do not accept returns for any of our products due to the perishable and fragile nature of live plants and planters. However, we offer replacements or refunds in specific cases (refer to the conditions below).


Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable under the following circumstances:

  1. Damaged or Non-Curable Plants

    • If the plant arrives damaged beyond recovery (e.g., uprooted roots, broken stems, or completely dried leaves), please contact us with clear images.

    • If a replacement plant also arrives damaged, a refund will be initiated upon receiving a photo of the plant in the temporary pot.

  2. Incorrect or Missing Items

    • If you receive the wrong product or if items are missing from your order, you may be eligible for a refund or re-shipment.

    • In the case of missing items or empty boxes, we require a video of the package being opened to process the refund.

  3. Non-Deliverable Orders

    • If your order is not delivered due to unforeseen circumstances and is confirmed as undelivered in our system, a full refund will be processed.


Refund Processing Time

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.

  • The refund will be credited to your original method of payment or via UPI/bank transfer.

  • Order ID

  • Description of the issue

  • Photo or video evidence (as applicable)


Important Notes

  • Replacement plants are provided in temporary pots only.

  • Claims must be raised within 10 days from the date of delivery.

  • Keep the original packaging and shipping label for reference in case of damaged or missing items.
