Replacement & Re-shipment Policy
We strive to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition. In the rare event that you face any issues, please refer to the following policy:
Claim Validity: Replacement claims must be raised within 10 days from the date of delivery.
Wrong or Damaged Products:
If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please contact our customer support team with clear images for prompt resolution.Replacement for Plants:
Eligible only if the plant is damaged—such as uprooted roots, broken stems, or completely dried leaves.
If the plant is not curable, a replacement will be provided.
Please note: Replacement plants will be sent in temporary pots only.
If the replacement plant also arrives damaged, share a photo of it in the temporary pot to claim a refund.
Replacement for Planters/Pots:
Replacements are only applicable if the planter or pot has visible cracks.Missing or Undelivered Items:
Eligible for re-shipment.
If any item is missing or if you receive an empty box, please share a video of the package being opened for verification.
Keep the box and attached shipping label safe, as they are required for processing your claim.
Incorrect Quantity:
Products received in incorrect quantity are eligible for re-shipment or refund.

Kolkata: 2 to 3 business days
